Your body (and mind)is in shock and needs all the peace it can get.

Also agree about seeing the other doctor because there may be something else going on and you need to know

All thinking of you, and sending good thoughts and prayers ((*))Cusphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10717783581169397585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7858146912842430070.post-29484863731197814352010-06-29T02:45:03.369-04:002010-06-29T02:45:03.369-04:00Oh, Dawn, sending lots of hugs your way! Take care of yourself!DolceVitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04019903072270401694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7858146912842430070.post-60037264216915088772010-06-28T19:40:23.529-04:002010-06-28T19:40:23.529-04:00So sorry to hear that you are still in decline ......So sorry to hear that you are still in decline ... you seem to be following the same pattern I did ... I just kept pushing and each time I would say to myself well I will cut back a bit more and then it will be ok but each time I got sicker until I could no longer walk. It's so hard to accept what's happening that you just keep pushing yourself. I think the infectous disease guy is worth visiting. Obviously it is pretty clear you have CFS but if there is even a small chance it's something else then you want to know that now!! Try not to feel discouraged that you don't feel better after a week of rest. You body is most likely quite damaged at this point .... it's gonna take some time to come back up to a 'base line'. I know that once I completely crashed and couldn't walk it took about 6 weeks before I felt any better at all ... but at that time I did feel better and was able to take care of myself. That was my baseline, I have not improved past that point but I did bounce back a little, so don't feel discouraged ... you need good quality rest and lots of it, not just a week!!
Take care, all of us online friends know exactly how you feel and if we are making it through then so will you!! xxLee Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02614823402670740413noreply@blogger.com
